Pros: Good staying in Georgetown, owner is friendly and easy comunicate with him. Place is enough comfortable and close to center.

Excellent accomodation

Pros: The internet is ok, easy to enter the accomodation, there is water dispenser for drink, glass. The bathroom is clean.

Cons: There is no window. Some visitor are not respecting the not too noisy period mainly after 23pm. It makes my sleep disturb

Pros: The ease of check in, cleanliness, amenities, thoughtfulness , cosy rooms, good mattresses and cupboard, the prompt responses from the owners and helpful attitude.

Cons: I am just keeping one star lesser, because the rooms are made in a way that there is no sound privacy. One can literally hear across the walls as these are not cement or brick walls. So be aware of this.

Pros: The place is fabulous and clean. The room was good enough for single person. The property is in excellent location. There are few reasonably priced restaurants around. I would definitely come back😊

Pros: Reactive staff Very clean New and usable equipements Good place I had a problem with smell... The neibour of the appartment was painting, so it smells verry bad, so i tell it for the Kinn55 and he find quickly another place for me, better and without surcharging me. So he s very nice and helpfull

Pros: I was in a single room. Everything was fine, the room had a window, it was aired, but the insects didn't get in. The air conditioning was fine, but you could hear the noise from the outside unit through the window. The bathroom was a shared one. There were four of us and not once did I have to wait. The bathroom was actually a toilet with a shower tap - a bit odd for Europeans, but everything worked as it should - hot water and drain ok. The shared areas were cleaned every day.

Very good

Pros: Nice, really bright room in an underrated neighborhood. Not far from the center of town, but away from the tourist restaurants with a more authentic feel. Triple room is a good size. Internet and ac are good. There's a fridge available to keep some items, as well as a water machine. Free laundry.

Cons: Kitchen is a little unusable apart from the most basic of functionality (not a problem if you want to sample the local restaurants). A screen on the windows to keep the insects out would be nice for a break from the AC
