Pros: The location is on a main road, a culinary paradise, walking distance to a food court, wet market, kopitiam, restaurant, supermarket, next to a DIY shop, there is a coffee shop and 1 building with a gym, yoga & pilates studio

Cons: lack of ventilation

Pros: Clean and new, excellent location, very surprised to find this hotel at this rate at this location. Easy check-in and check out despite no human staff at the venue. A pair of rubber sandals helps!

Cons: I was lucky, I get parking easily, else it would be a challenge for others. There's just one toilet/bathroom, I had it to myself as I didn't see any other guests. If it were full house, I think someone's got to feel nervous 🤭🤭

Pros: Self check in hotel. Convenient to everywhere around Gurney Drive. Took the opportunity to do 5km run from this hotel to the lower station of Penang Hill. The host is very responsive.Thank you Host Mike.

Wonderfull

Pros: The location is superb. nearby almost all attraction. The room was clean and the design itself feel sophisticated. we love it. The aircond function well and suitable with the hot weather outside (after a long day outside, you want to come and rest in a comfortable room right? 😌)

Cons: The parking is quit hard to get during the day. however, during night, there are plenty of parking. The gym upstairs sounds were noticeable but since people workout during the day and we are out of the room during the day (exploring town). so that should be fine. The room is quite small, but for the price and location, it is a fair trade.

Pros: Complimentary filtered water, room is clean and cosy, location is excellent and Mike is very helpful.

Cons: Gym was on 3rd floor so there is constant noise.

Pros: the room is really spacious, the toilet is clean. the staffs is really helpful and nice as well responsive. The a/c works well. The bed is also so comfy

Good place to stay if you need to visit Royal Thai Consulate

Pros: I booked this hotel as it is located pretty close to Royal Thai Consulate - just a 15 minute walk to the place. I enjoyed the stay with Minima 8. The check-in and check-out processes are smooth and contactless, guided through WhatsApp. The \

Cons: I was surprised that the hotel didn't have a microwave, although it was good that they had a hot and cold water dispenser. I hope the hotel gets a microwave in the future too, as it would have been so much more convenient to stay with them if they had had one.

Smooth and comfortable.

Pros: The property was in a great location not too close to the busy city but walking distance everywhere. Supermarket downstairs and plenty of food near by. Owner was great with communication and if we needed anything got back to us in a timely manner.

Pros: Room is clean, no noise, comfortable environment to stay in

Cons: The lighting may improve, required a dim light in the room
