Pros: Nice hotel, good location but parking lots which are opened to public, are not reserved for hotel guest.

Cons: Booking process for the hotel room is very misleading with cheaper price quotation but actual price displayed insconpicuously in the middle of the booking process and not displayed prominently at final payment stage. Also, payment by credit card was immediately debited instead of final confirmation by OTP and are not allowed to immediately cancel payment with refund which I find to be dishonest and felt cheated.

Pros: 1)Strategic location for tourist like me to climb up penang hill 2) Unexpected the given room which is got balcony in it..and it was spacious room 3)Their staff very polite n friendly event i make late c.in at 12 am. Keep it the good work gais

Pros: Very well located to Penang Hill and Kek Lok si temple. Walking distance to Ayer Itam morning market. Enjoy the local market morning breakfast. TV was not connected well and was quickly fixed by the maintenance crew.

Pros: Near Penang hills.. the room is very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: 1. The parking barrier is not functioning and the security is not around. 2. Toilet, I can see everything from outside.

Pros: Good location, at the centre of the Air Itam Town. Near to the tourist spots like Kek lok Shi temple and Bukit Bendera. Serouding by wet market, hawker centre, coffee shop, restaurant and cafe. Plenty parking spaces and it is free of charge.
