Perfect for my purpose (attending a relative in a nearby hospital)

Pros: staff very helpful, going out of their way to help even with issued they didn't have to

Pros: Modern room and clean. The eateries are just across the street (Padang Brown).

Cons: Parking is limited. A bit small room for two persons

It was a great stay. I may book the same place next time I’m in Penang.

Pros: Room was clean, comfortable, staffs were very accommodating. Flexible for late checkout up till 3pm (with some charges)

Cons: No issue, except for you have to prepare cash for deposit. They don’t accept e-wallet/debit etc. Without cash, you will not be able to check-in so we had to go to the nearest ATM. Perhaps staffs could alert us in the message so that we’ll be prepared
