Hotel Waterfall

Good location and helpful staff

Pros: The location was great as it is within walking distance of the Penang botanical gardens. Also good eating places nearby

Cons: The room got rather stuffy in the afternoons

Their staffs are very friendly.

Pros: The OO white coffee is just downstairs, very convenient and easy to get good meal. Very near to Youth Park and botanical garden.

Cons: The heater is not enough hot. But overall is 👍

Pros: Room was spacious and new. Very clean. Water dispenser provided at lift lobby. Staff friendly and helpfull.

Pros: We are extremely pleased with your front office staffs namely Rada,, Goh and Alif, They were extremely helpful and assisted us in many ways to make our stay a happy and memorable one. Despite the average conditions of the hotel they made us overlooked that and feel happy to be there.

Cons: A bit noisy due to the insufficient noise insulation as we can hear the sound of vehicle early in the morning disturbing our sleep to a certain extent.

Pleasant Stay

Pros: Room and toilets are very spacious. Good location. Very near to Gurney Drive, Botanical garden and Thaneermalai Waterfalls Temple. A lot of restaurants around.

Cons: No wardrobe. Only one chair. Wardrobe and additional chairs and small tea table will enhance the facilities in the room. Limited car park.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. She helped us with arranging a taxi to our next location :)

A wonderful convenient place to stay for the price.

Pros: Location is near city park and botanical garden. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby. Room is clean, water pressure is strong, aircon is working well. There’s filter water dispenser at the corridors. There’s no problem parking my car.

Cons: Lack in sound proofing. Could offer a better toilet seat.

Would recommend

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful! The room I first got was very bad, and they changed it the next morning with pleasure, to a very good one, which made me stay for almost a week more than planned. Big spacious room, comfortable bed, very friendly helpful cleaners everyday.

Cons: Far from the city & nightlife. Bad soundproofing, so depending on who you get as neighbours you might sleep like a child or stay up all night.

Pros: Affordable Price for a small family. Good location, nearby attractive centre.

Cons: Complimentary breakfast at nearby Mamak Restaurant. Ha ha ha ha ha ha

Pros: I like the hotel locations...nearby the Gurney Drive n a miles from Batu Feringghi Beach...also many convinience store around the hotel 👌🥰

Cons: Only about the toilet door it's not easy to open n close because of the door locked is problem ...it's was unsafe for kids & senior citizens or the oku to used it in the room.. ..hope the hotel management will do something good for the customers as soon as possible 👌
