Pros: Very nice stuff who took care of us.. earlier check-in and leaving our bags on the check-out day were absolutely no problem!! The rooms has everything to offer what you need if you want to spend the nights there..

Pros: Very good value for money. Very friendly manager/receptionist. Great TV En-suite

Cons: As in all these cheaper properties the compromise is the bathroom where you can clean your teeth, go to the toilet and shower simultaneously:). Shower was new and gave continuous hot water:)

Pros: Overall was good...i dont really stay in the room coz most of the time i was exploring the island....a good place for me to sleep as i only came back late at night...my only hotel i love to stay when i reach Penang and stayed here since the previous management.

Perfect stay for a short trip

Pros: The bed was really comfy, and the AC worked well, which made the room comfortable overall. It was within walking distance of pharmacies, shops etc.

Cons: The space was quite small for two people with suitcases — it felt a bit cramped — and the street noise was quite loud at times, especially during the night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly charged a ‘government tax fee’, but the next morning the manager let us know this was a mistake. They refunded us and resolved the issue really quickly, which we appreciated. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It suited our needs for a short trip, but just be aware of the compact size and street noise.
