Very basic for the budget

Pros: The location is great with cheap buses into town every 15min and markets with food close by. Was also good to have a pool on the roof to cool off in the middle of the day when no one else was there. Bottled water and coffee sachets are provided and its very useful to have a fridge in the room, but there is no microwave. I also liked the ability to do laundry there and it was easy to purchase the coupons needed from the reception desk.

Cons: I have stayed here twice in the last few years and was expecting it to have had a little renovation (at least a coat of paint) in the last 4 years. It is looking pretty run down in the rooms now, and needs the curtains fixed etc. Small jobs that make a lot of difference. There are other accommodations nearby that are cheaper and now in better condition.

Grande chambre avec bureau parfait on a aimé sauf le manque d eau filtrée

Pros: Le personnel très gentil Emplacement parfait juste à cote des rues piétonnes Bon restau infien Piscine sympa

Cons: Moquette un peu vieillotte et surtout c est dommage qu il n y ai pas de distributeurs d eau filtrée que nous avons trouvé dans tous les hôtels de Malaisie sauf celui ci .

Pros: Очень большие номера, чисто. Вода горячая была. Кухня с холодильником и чайником. Бассейн. Вид из окон хорош. Уборка ежедневная. Кофе и воду всегда докладывали.

Cons: Кухня есть, но плита или хотя бы микроволновка отсутствовали, Бассейн с оочень мутной водой.

Mini getaway in Penang

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Staff were friendly 3. House keeping staff named Maria was excellent 4. Spacious and clean

Cons: 1. Needs a bit upgrading in the bathroom 2. Remove bathtub n convert to walk in shower. Not suitable and dangerous to the elderly. Might slip and fall and sustain injury 3.Provide ramp at the back for those elderly that can't walk up the stairs. Only the front entrance has the ramp 4. Provide more cutlery, like teaspoons and saucers
