Pros: the secure of hotel was tight, there is security on night side, every room had iron and iron board itself (as a girl, it was very important hehe). the parking also had security! i love every thing about this hotel, might recommend and will stay again for the next trip!

Great stay

Pros: The staff at the reception were friendly. She said I could pay the deposit later instead of rushing me to cash out because I didn't have a credit card, only a debit card. The room, although quite small but still has a space to pray. Very clean room with a good smell. Will definitely come again if I have any event in Bayan Lepas.

Pros: The room is comfortable and equipped with good amenities especially iron board + iron. Also the space is clean. The bed is also comfortable and we have a good rest even booking for one night only. The location is good and provides parking for free for the user.

Cons: I personally don't like the lighting setting/colour. All is warm light making it difficult for me to match the cloth/tudung and doing make up.

Cons: Nothing really, it was a short stay so this did the job for us!

Location is easily accessible and Grab facilities with pick up and drop off.

Pros: Cleanliness, location, and staff were excellent. Very helpful when we ask for service ie. extra pillow, extra water.

Cons: The hanging closet is small. Could be bigger and hope can make some adjustments in future.

Pros: Location is very superb. Hotel room is very clean and neat. Wifi is strong. The staff are very soft spoken and explain things well. I used to book this hotel every time I visited Penang Island.
