Cons: Can see that the hotel has aged but still comfortable. Perhaps a quick refresh might add some touch.

Great hotel to be close to the airport and shopping

Pros: This is a fantastic hotel for anyone needing to be close to the airport. I originally booked our stay because of the convenient proximity and the fact that the pool looked fabulous. One of the highlights of our trip was the weekend buffet. The food was exceptional with a great variety, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying here; it’s worth a visit even if you’re just passing through. Finally, many thanks to the staff for their incredible hospitality and for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.\

Cons: Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance for our stay, and we were not informed ahead of time.

Pros: Service was great and the rooms are value for money. Location next to queensbay mall is only 2 to 3 mins walk away!

Cons: Food wasn't great. And there was a bit of a smell in the 2nd floor of Soho duplex family room bathroom.

Pros: Got one EV charging point for free. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Queensbay mall. Will stay here again. My parents enjoyed the good buffet breakfast.

Cons: Car park were so narrow.

Pros: the breakfast is exceptional. The spread is extensive, beautifully presented, and full of variety — from local favourites to international options.

Nice location

Pros: Nice location as it is walking distance to Queensbay mall and a lot of restaurant nearby.

Cons: Aircond was not cold enough. Was feeling hot in the middle of the night. Shower head holder was also faulty and can’t fixed the shower head in place. Basement parking was narrow for bigger cars.
