Pros: Overall the place is well maintained even it's old place already. It's clean also the the AC was cool.

Cons: Need improvement is on the sofa which is old and when sitting down it sunk in. The AC need repair as was noisy.

A great, comfortable hotel, just a very few minor points.😄

Pros: Close to a bus stop and to and bus booking office where we were able to purchase a tourist 7 day bus pass. The large swimming pool. Our premium room consisting of two double bedrooms both en-suite. The large separate dinning room plus an office/laundry area. Served by no less than 4 air conditioners. Huge water cooler and from our 21st floor balcony a view of the roads around and the golf course opposite.

Cons: No information to be seen in the suite or in the reception areas of restaurant menus times etc. The App in the room which should have shown all the hotel services, just linked to two pages of the Marriot other hotels advertisements. Consequently we didn't eat there other than just a very good breakfast on our arrival for a weeks stay. A somewhat shredded net curtain in the second bedroom. Very limited tv channels with poor analogue signal.

Pros: The suite is really spacious and value for money compared to other hotels, plus the basement parking is plenty and that is a plus.

Cons: The bathroom, maybe the drainage has a smell, the bathroom is clean though. Sockets are a bit inconvenient as i need to move the bedside table, unplug the table lamp just to plug my charger, it needs to have sockets that are easily accessible without moving the bedside table.

Pros: My family and I really enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Penang. There were a lot of eateries around the hotel and a big mall Bukit Jambul Komplex nearby. Hotel is clean and the sraff are friendly.

Cons: Nothing.

Spacious three bedroom suite

Pros: Near to airport, very spacious and comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons: There is no access to the kitchen sink. Very troublesome to go into the bedrooms toilets to wash cutleries or even to wash our hands. The tv channel is really limited, only have tv2!
