Pros: Theres ample parking, easy to navigate to the hotel. The room is also clean and the facilities are also good.

Pros: We took family room. The room was huge, my kids can lumba lari in the room. the toilet was so big. the shampoo & body bath was sooooo good, smells divine. the bed was so comfy. Although small hotel, got parking in the building. definitely will come back.

Clean and super comfortable in a modern atmosphere

Pros: Rooms were super modern and clean. Just felt at ease there, no mold like in other hotels. Good shower, nice view, tv worked easily. Just very comfortable especially the mattress

Convenience and comfortable

Pros: Location, spacious room and bathroom, clean and EV charger by jomcharge. The charger make it very convenience for those travel with wv cars. There are 3 charges and all are working fine. It is an AC charger so u can charge while u sleep at night and ready to go anywhere next morning. Book this hotel for short trip to Padang Besar, pekan Rabu amd enjoying pasembor at Padang Kota. Very recommended and we definitely book this hotel again whenever we want to take short brake at our Northern states.

Cons: The entrance to the bathroom a bit challenging as it has slope. But kids like it since they can play as slide. Understand this maybe for wheelchair purposes but it is good to have a a rajl or handle to avoid unnecessary accident. Anyway we manage without any incident. Thank God! Also bidet leaking a but. Please fix that.

Pros: highly recommended everything went well from the front desk staff parking crew the triplets room was really convenient for 6 of us water pressure hot water the parking was spacious (but limited once full house - i guess)

Cons: minor feedback the AC located facing the middle bed 😭🤣 really cold for those sleep there

Return to Penang with Sweet Memory

Pros: The room design. Unique. I like the built-in bed. Total 3 bed shared with my husband and 3 daughters. The location suits my preference, away from busy traffic but accessible to favorite places eg Penang Bridge 1 and 2, Bukit Bendera and Batu Feringgi. The staff is very helpful and the service is fast.

Cons: The fridge didn't works well. My access card to room got spoiled but the staff reminded me to get it fix.

Lovely stay.

Pros: The location was good. A bit out from main area by minutes only. Quiet at night. Room was super nice. We had 3 queen beds which was very good to sleep on. The rooms length size was different from other hotels we stayed before. one of a kind. but we loved it and would definitely book it again for next stay. water pressure was good. had a mini kitchen. the staffs were friendly and there was parking provided for our big mpv.

Best Bagan Stay

Pros: The staff is friendly,ambience is nice and room is so comfy that I felt asleep really fast.

Cons: I wish you could provide iron in the room instead of going out and iron it at the hallway near the lift.

Overall it was a pleasant stay
