Aroma Hotel

Pros: The location is strategic.. Have a lot of restaurants and bars around.. Rooms are decent .

Im very happy and will come back again and again.

Pros: I like the payment method. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is very good. Easy to get all my fav food. Food is also available till night. Staffs handled my check in and check out very fast.

Cons: Parking space is very narrow.

Short N pleasant. I would have insisted a change of linens in the middle of the night, if my check-out time wasnt planne

Pros: Location Suite-rooms are ideal for families, travelling with children Dining room w 6chairs. Could order yummy, local food from Grab Delivery and dined in. A study room(with only a ceiling fan. BUT, dusty, when the fan was turned on) Grab ride to Queensbay Mall was only RM11. 10mins drive.

Cons: The bed linen n pillows in the bigger room. It smelled of dust. i(coughed throughout the night, deprived of sleep.) (Perhaps,the bed should be protected with a bed cover, removed ,only when the next tenant moves in that day) Air- conditioning wasnt working in the bigger room too. We were out N spent most of the time in the living N dining room, until night time. When we were about to take a shower N ready for bedtime, we noticed that the Amber light on the air-contioner was blinking. Room was hot. We googled it. OMG- It needed a gas top-up. Called the Reception. (I wonder, how long, since the room was last occupied.) Lucky, the technician was fast in solving the problem. A nice hotel.In a quiet neughbourhood. 10mins from the airport(off-peak, but 30mins ,during the morning rush hour) Buffet was good. MYR30++ only, But it opens at 7am, barely enough time to eat, for those rushing to take the 10am flight. LoL Prices were reasonable. I gave an Average score for Cleanliness. Coz DUSTY BEDLINENS WERE INEXCUSABLE !!! Overall, we will still choose to stay here as ot is convenient . but will do a walk about N check the condition of the suite upon arrival mext time. Demand a change of room ASAP, if any of these shortfalls are discovered. After settling in, it can be a hassle to switch room.

Little trip to Penang

Pros: The location is great. Various eateries around. You wouldn't go hungry or thirsty.

Cons: Room lighting a little dim.

Place is old and tired looking

Pros: Great location in Butterworth, convenient to restaurants and bar

Cons: Some customers are smoking in the common area

Casual traveller

Pros: Really near to restaurant and convenient store. The area is very happening and it is a good choice if you don't want to travel far for food when you are lazy.

Cons: Nil

Happy with it, will come back again. Hope the next trip back, the bed is fix.

Pros: The receptionist is friendly and fulfills my request when I request a window room. The room is clean, the toilet is clean. With parking and happening neighborhoods. Easy process and speed of check-in and check-out. The TV channel is beyond my expectations! NICE! although not super clear but happy with it.

Cons: Parking is ok but too narrow when turning up or down, gotta be extremely careful. The bed is clean but very noisy, with an annoying sound when you just slightly turn around.

Pros: Staff ..enviroment nice...but about the tv channel..can add more astro channel ok...n pls take care tentang ada semut besar dlm bilik .hbs sye n ank kena gigit..tu saje yg lain semua ok

Cons: Tentang semut tu..sbb kena gigit hbs peha n kaki..

Pros: Bilik yg selesa..kemudahan tmpat parking kereta yg banyak.sangat memuaskan

Pros: The location, with many eating outlets. The staff members are approachable, esp mr Mcmagen who made an effort to lend us 2 umbrellas, and mr Li Hong who help me solve my wifi problems.

Cons: The pillow cases are old and had some smell. They should have been changed regularly. The plastic kettle had a strong plastic smell and the towels are grey and need ro be replaced.
