Merits Hotel Cameron Highlands

Pros: I love the location of hotel,it's strategic, and bedroom was big, staff was very friendly

Cons: Bed sheet a little bit dirty

Pros: Modern style of the property Overall kind staff (but lack some professionalism) Good information available at reception Feedback orientation and issue handling (we had problems with noises and arriving guests were relocated) Easy parking and location is good for self tourists with motorcycle

Cons: Walls and doors super thin, therefore we lacked a proper sleep there Behaviour of bathroom equipment wasn’t explained properly No room service at all (by default)

Pros: Everything..the staff is willing to change my room because I have kid and the room is on lvl 3 is quite high and dangerous for my kid as the window can open and doesn't have a grill. They were polite and helpful

Pros: It’s a new hotel and was clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Do have a water machine on the level we stayed.

Cons: No lift as the hotel was new and the licence hasn’t been approved for the lift hence we had to haul our luggages to 2nd & 3rd floor. Hot water wasn’t the best as you have to adjust the water pressure to the right level to get hot water. Not sound proof and could hear next room conversation. Construction going beside the hotel.

Pros: All..clean, nice bed..nice smell..very easy to park

Cons: Maybe need more pillow..I book family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single but only have 3 pillows

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It's not too firm, which made for a good night’s sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was decent, and the water heater worked well. However, the bathroom tiles, especially near the wall, could use a thorough scrubbing to remove built-up grime

Cons: The check-in process was inconvenient. We weren’t informed beforehand that we had to move our car to the back of the hotel to avoid using the stairs. It was a hassle, as we had already unloaded our luggage and had to repack everything into the car. To make matters worse, it was raining heavily, and we both ended up getting wet. An advance email or notice about this arrangement would have been very helpful.

Overall it is a value for money staying here.

Pros: New hotel.Looks clean and good.Location is also very closed to town.

Cons: Pillow not sufficient.Only provided 2 soft pillows.Should provide 4 pillows as in standard hotel.

Value for money.

Pros: Location and comfortable! The staffs were so friendly. The room was cold and quiet.
