Good Hotel. Crap Restaurant.

Pros: Pleasant staff, big room, clean, free parking, comfy.

Cons: 2nd floor restaurant's quality of food is bad. The price was expensive. Many of the items on the menu weren't available. The juice I ordered was very diluted cordial and sold for RM8. The iced tea was pale and lacking tea flavour. Just a lot of milk and water. The time taken to prepare food and drinks was just too long. I would give it 1 star! The staff at the restaurant had the nerve to argue with the customer how bad their quality of drinks and service is. They claimed that their friends who came to the restaurant said that it tasted great. 🤣🤣🤣 The cake from the cafe on the ground floor was also tasteless and sold for RM16 for a small piece. No wonder both food facilities were empty.

Pros: easy check-in, with free welcome drink, spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, room lights kinda dim, walking distance to gurney drive and town, also there is local bus option to take you to town faster. nice city view from the swimming deck.

Cons: room lights a bit dim. wardrobe doors abit broken.

Cons: Firstly - There is an Mis representation of the room by booking.com …We took Executive King Size wt bathtub. .Description I quote “This suite is comprised of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. ..”. The fact is there was no “living room “. Only bedroom & bath . . So when we took meetings one of us had to stay out . Secondly. In short the chef of their restaurant need to be sacked . We were recommended to try their char Keow Thew & Char Hor Fan by the waiter . Both were so salty and full of MSG . Cannot eat & not anything like the Penang food . Nothing like the picture on the menu . 👎
