Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Great to have hotel transport available n willing.

Cons: The lack of room service. Should include breakfast with room rates.

For good value for money, this is the place to stay.

Pros: Clean and good location. Walking distance to most attractions and great food around the vicinity.

Pros: Very convenient and breakfast is not bad, a quiet hotel but overall not bad.

Cons: Not very clean in the room, we asked the staff to change the bedding for us on the first day arrival.

Modern, clean and ideal for a two night stay.

Pros: Quiet location in the new part of town. 20 minutes walk to most of the attractions. Local bus stop very close.

Cons: Location is out of the way if you don’t have a car. Hotel wifi speed fluctuates, very slow at times. Had power outlet only on one side of bed.

Pros: Cleanliness - Cleaner touched my room daily. Topped up with everything needed and changed clean towel. Each time I returned from outside, the room gave me a fresh smell. Transportation - Hotel provided free airport transfer. Also there is free transport to nearby attractions or shopping area.

Cons: Gym - A bit small but good enough as I was the only person using it at 7am. I like swimming but no pool, it's OK since there is a gym.

Comfortable, modern and convenient

Pros: The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and attentive, close to restaurants, shopping and airport. Buffet was clean and diverse food options.

Cons: Everything needs a little care and repair. The pillows smelled like sweat, bleach in the laundry does so much for so little effort so why have stinky bedding? The garbage cans have old orange fruit decomposition smell. A minute in a dishwasher would clean the bins proper. The bathroom drain was clogged. Overall the hotel had excellent choice in furniture, color and style but needs to wash surfaces better. Mattresses need checking, the type of beds are excellent but one of two was saggy and worn out. Every single door closed in the hotel could be heard from inside your room so if the hotel could soften the door frame with something that would be an epic improvement.

Pros: The location is very central. It's near many places of interest. Driver, Mr Addy, is extremely helpful & friendly. He recommended many good places to eat and most importantly the places he recommended were so good and worth going. Thank you, Mr Addy, for your assistance and help. We will definitely go back to MU because of you. Mr Addy is a gem to the company. Keep up your great work, Mr Addy 👍👍👍👍👍

Cons: Shower gel smells like detergent. Other then that no complain.
