Outstanding - Comfortable - Friendly

Pros: The staff made it a pleasure to stay here - Friendly, efficient, knowledgable and helpful - would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Very comfortable, quiet and clean

Pros: The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from Old Town, but it was actually nice to stay on this side of the river where there is a local (not touristy) night market and a different vibe. The hotel is very clean, the beds were very comfortable (I had incredible sleep there) and it was very quiet.

Excellent - would happily return.

Pros: Excellent room - well last out, comfortable and all the plumbing works well which is the first time in Malaysia I can say that. Quiet area and excellent value for money. Nice food places close by and old town an easy flat 10 minute walk. Benchmark level.

Cons: It didn’t matter to us but breakfast option.

Gem of a hotel in Ipoh, close to everything

Pros: Lovely big comfortable bed and hot powerful shower. Bottled water left every day. Always cleaned spotless. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Felt very safe as a femnale solo traveller.

Easy and pleasant

Pros: Everything was very new. Location is very convenient for food. It is near a night market. Staffs are very helpful. We had some problem with our transport to the hotel. They went out of their way to help us.

Cons: Quite a few funeral centres nearby. Other than that there was no issue. Couldn’t hear anything from our room.
