Pros: All Staffs friendly Clean room Supplied with toiletries Supplied with 3 in 1 white coffee, kettle n cup Comfortable bed and pillows Adequate space for toilet Good air conditioning and bath water heater

Cons: Just less place to park your car an a bit far from central..

Good

Pros: Comfy and quiet room. Parking near to lobby so easy for loading bags. Staff give clear information. Check-in process was easy. Room is clean and smell good. Will stay again when we visit Ipoh.

Cons: There is no dental kits in the room. Only soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast are good but not so much option. They serve nasi lemak, me kari, cucur udang, roti bakar and pudding.

Cozy staycation with good ambience.

Pros: The water pressure was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch, likely because everything is still new. We also loved having a bathtub in the room.

Cons: The food was quite heavy, although certainly delicious. We had expected cereal to be available for our toddler’s breakfast, but unfortunately it was not provided. This was the first time we have encountered a breakfast menu without cereal as one of the options.

Pros: 2 days bfast was awesome . 1st day nasi minyak .2 nd day nasi ujan panas. Ayam masak merah is simply delicious. Just add on 1 or 2 more kuih melayu will do..

Cons: Upon check in i around 1315 i was told that i've to check in 3 pm. This front off guy is so rigid. Eventually i was assisted by En. Firdaus H/Keeping manager & he told me thing cud be resolved as the room is available during that time. I really appreciated the courtesy n assistance given by him . 2) F/office Miss Sarmila upon my check out is friendly and her skill of communication is very good. Kudos Sarmila n keep it up ur good work.
