Pros: The person incharge for my booking are reallyt friendly and helpful named Mr Raja. The room and the toilet are comfortable and it’s a quiet environment. Would repeat staying here!

Pros: the person in charge very helpful and friendly-warm welcome- we did check in late but he provide a clear instruction with a video for us to self check in the location near to the city took 10-15min. and the hotel is match as expected.the air cond also cool.

Cons: the cupboard were a bit dirty with dust. and didnt provide a dustbin in the toilet.

Pros: Considering the price tag, I would say the service and comfort was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff who helped me checked in was pleasant and obliging. Will definitely book the same hotel the next time I’m in Ipoh.

EASY PROCESS, RESPONSIVE STAFF, COMFORTING ROOM

Pros: Reintree Hotel, The staff was super friendly and they are active most of the time and give the best service , the process of booking, paying and checking in was SUPER EASY. Im satisfied. Even i ask them for hair dryer around afternoon, they immediately send it to room and greet us well.💗
