overall, i am satisfied with the stay.

Pros: the room is clean. the carpet is thicker than most hotel with the same standard. the size of the room is adequate. the bathroom is clean. the water pressure is good. the water heather is working. the view of Penang Island from the 6th floor is nice. there are 2 lifts and the waiting is not that long. the aircond is functioning. there is connecting door too for large family and friends.

Cons: The hotel parking structure is one of the most difficult I've encountered. The climb is narrow, and the ramps between floors feature dangerously tight turns. You must be extra, extra careful—go very slow, use your mirrors, and be prepared for potential blind spots. Larger vehicles will likely struggle to make the turns without scraping. and another down side is they dont have breakfast buffet at the hotel.

Pros: Nice for a short stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: There were dust here and there, seems like the cleaner didnt properly clean certain area like the pantry. Other than that everything was ok.

Pros: The breakfast is simple but good. There are a lot of convenience stores around, making it easier for us to get what we wanted.

Situated right in the heart of the town, it provided easy access to all other places and amenities. This strategic positioning made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐ The facilities at the hotel were standard and met my expectations. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the common areas were clean and inviting. However, there's room for some modernization and updates to enhance the overall guest experience.

Cons: Food: ⭐⭐ One aspect that could definitely use improvement is the food options. While the quality was decent, the choices were limited and often not served hot. I found myself wishing for a more diverse menu with fresher, hotter options, especially for breakfast/sahur. This is an area where the hotel could make significant strides to elevate the dining experience for guests. With some adjustments to the menu and perhaps investing in better heating equipment, it could easily become a top choice for travelers looking for both convenience and quality dining.

The hotel is good and clean. Near to shops, stalls, bus station and popular local eatery places

Pros: No breakfast. The hotel itself is nice and calm with a moderate number of customers walking in and out. From the lobby up to the rooms the space is very clean. It has a good serenity with many shop lots around. The staffs are friendly and very accommodative. Parking is convenient and is available at any time. In summary it is a hotel worth the money you put in.

Pros: The price of breakfast (RM15) is very worth with food provided and also very cheap.
