Pros: The hospitality and professionalism of the staff is commendable. All the staffs especially the one at the reception areas were very helpful in answering questions . If i come back again to this hotel, it is probably due to the great service and hospitality of the staffs. The furniture in the room are all well maintained and in good conditioned.

Cons: Parking space is rather limited.

Pros: Near a lot of shops & restaurants. Comfortable & clean

Cons: The parking. There are a few free hotel parking spots at the basement. When we were there, a car blocked the exit. We had to exit by the entrance (luckily no car was coming in at the same time). Be warmed you have to pay for the parking outside the hotel (except for Saturday) from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. to the SP Town Council.

Pros: The room is very big and spacious. I like the light & ac controller which is all just by the bed at the night table.

Cons: There seems to be no kettle provided. Not even any 3 in 1 sachets. No indoor slippers provided, I was hoping that it is provided since the floor is fully carpeted. I checked in super late, which is at night - no possibility that the hotel didn't have time to ensure it was prepared before new guest check in. There's audio being played in the hall even until pass 10pm, I can still hear it clearly even at midnight, making me quite hard to sleep even after a tiring long journey because I'm a light sleeper. I know the audio is religious & I'm fine with that but hopefully can slow the volume down at least by 10pm.

Suitable for business stay.

Pros: Location is strategic. Near Sg Petani (S) toll exit. A lot of shop, convenience stores, fast food and many more.

Cons: Toilet a little bit looks like dirty. It’s not dirty like trash or not clean but the surface scratch, dark mark.

Great Location

Pros: The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The location is excellent. Eateries, 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, a grocery shop, and Parkson are all within walking distance. For those driving, do enquire about parking with the hotel, they will assist you accordingly. Alternatively, you can park in front of the hotel.

Cons: Cleanliness can be improved.

Strategic place

Pros: I saw a few improvements since my last stay in this hotel especially the cleanliness. Since I'm traveling with elderly this hotel serve the purpose as well. The main reason why I choose to stay at this hotel because it is adjacent to the main road and easy to access few area plus a lot of stall in this area.
