Pros: The location is just a walking distance from the place where i worked during the stay. this is a repeated stay. always my number one place, value for its money if you are looking for something affordable n quite cheap.

Pros: The decoration of the hotel nice and beautiful, also the cleanliness very good. The smell of the perfume very pleasant and fragrant when you enter the lobby and the room. Very recommended.

Cons: The hotel does not have elevator. A bit struggle to bring your luggage upstairs.

A good place to stay at Bertam

Pros: The location is convenient to my workplace. The rooms I booked exceeded my expectations. Not as small as I would have imagined. The cleanliness, comfort, and amenities provided fit the budget. There are many shops and restaurants around the area.

Cons: I won't say I don't like it, but the hotel isn't suitable for older people or wheelchair users. There is no lift, so you need to climb the stairs. Parking is in an open lot, so don't expect to park right in front of the hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff. Free booking. Payment on checking in only. Glass door with card key to enter the stairs area. So safe.

Cons: There was no mini fridge in the room. All star hotels usually have. No lift, only stairs. If you get a 2nd floor room it will be difficult for elders and those with health issues.
