satisfactory for a short break

Pros: room large is very comfortable but the mattress is not satisfactory, the room smells of cigarette smoke.

Cons: The mattress should be thick and soft, appropriate for the price per room.

Pros: For below RM200, I was able to get a spacious room near the swimming pool, with 2 breakfasts included, even during the school holidays. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and gave me a 5-star hotel feeling. Customer service always answered the calls. Unlike some other hotels that don’t pick up the phone and say they are busy.

Cons: The swimming pool does not have a roof, so during heavy rain parents had to stand in a small covered area far from the pool, making it difficult to monitor the children. Although chairs were provided, they could not be used when it rained and there were not many available. The breakfast was also disappointing. Out of all the menu options, I could only enjoy the omelette, so it felt like a waste paying for breakfast.

Satisfactory… Have been staying at this hotel whenever back to my hometown in Seberang Jaya.

Pros: Ample covered free parking and there’s lift direct from basement parking to your floor. Snacks and drinks provided and replenished everyday (not sure for all rooms or certain rooms only).

Cons: Check-in sometimes took too long (long queue and not all counters open)… especially if there’s a group check-in. (You arrived at a wrong time… hehe)

Pros: The management is very considerate, and the staff is efficient in doing their job. When you want to check in. No matter whether you come early or late, if there is a room available, they will allow you to check in. This is very good and you can't get service from any other hotel.

Pros: This is my 1st stay in the Ixora hotel and beyond my expectations. The room is so nice and comfortable for 4 person. The breakfast is nice and we had a dinner in the hotel too. All the food is nice and tasty.
