Sweet and short stay.

Pros: The room was clean and spotless. Place is easy to find, convenient to nearby eateries and amenities nearby. Breakfast has a good spread. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only have 1 pillow on each bed, 2 would be much better, and the room aircon could be a little colder. Thankfully, the ceiling fast was fast.

Cozy enough to stay

Pros: It’s a strategic location, convenient to go to other places as well as convenient stores in walking distance. Room was cozy enough for me. Gotta love the constant hot water pressure when shower. Didn’t have the luxury time to check on other facilities however. Helpful nice staffs.

Cons: Definitely need to upgrade the pillows, mattress was still acceptable. TV was too old school.

Convenient for solo traveller.

Pros: Easy access to nearest mall/town. Much restaurant and places for eat. Easy to get e-hailing driver.

Cons: The aircond sound quite noisy, I’m sorry but i woke for a quite numbers because of the sound. I want to use the fan but the sound of fan is much annoying than the aircond system 😅

Pros: Location Grand building Large room, comfortable and clean Multi storey carpark free for guests

Cons: Booked thru booking.com supposedly a deal but as it turned out the room is without windows and booking by walk-in is just MYR7 extra and room with windows

Pros: ambient, quite, excellent room service and staff were very friendly and helpful. easy parking and FOC. next looking forward to have promo price for our next stay. unfortunately didn't take any free breakfast (if provided), kids still have to pay though, my budget were quite tight on that particular time.🤭

Will stay here again on my next trip to Penang mainland

Pros: Hotel interior is outdated but they kept the room clean which is impressive. Bed is comfy, linen is clean, bathroom is spotless clean albeit the outdated condition. Water pressure is great too. Room is super spacious as well.

Cons: Toothbrush was not provided , hence I had to purchase from the local shop.

Pros: 1st i do not expect much since i read the review from others that so many bad review since it is old hotel. but surprisingly i got what i want since i book and pay 1 mnth earlier and the room as i expected. they fulfilled my request to get big bed and big room on the top. the staff while i was check in was superb it was indian girl she is very friendly. sorry forgot her name. while check out got malay girl also very polite. the view from my room was so nice.
