Overall nice experience.

Pros: cleanliness, spacious room. Breakfast spread was good. Clean pool. Staff were nice & helpful.

Cons: The matress was a little bit hard :) You can feel the springs inside. But no worries for a short stay.

never had anger with Hotel while staying, unlike last december experience staying in Alor Star hotel

Pros: room well kept, satisfy with breakfast, most importantly cleanliness, what you would expected of a Hotel was met, wish to stay longer, my choice for next trip

Loved it, Malaysian Hospitality as I imagined

Pros: They upgraded my room to elite and this was just what i needed. Provided free breakfast since there was availability. The card did not work, staff resolved it immediately, breakfast was tasty and assorted the nasi lemak sambal ayam rendang is dope The room was beautiful , I could do my work task, ample power ports and sockets, even along the pathway, comfy bed and pillows, bathroom was clean sparkling the entrance to hotel is great, proper lighting and greetings

Cons: wi-fi is pretty weak, but i have my own hotspot for secure connection, no issue, bath place could have been bigger

It was comfortable my short stay (1 night) in Park Avenue Hotel.

Pros: The front office staff was polite and helpful. I've arrived about 2.30 pm and the room was not yet ready at that time. The staff has informed politely and informed there were many guests are waiting for check-in at that time. I've booked 2 rooms and ask if she could help to allocate both room to be at the same floor. She did helped and ensure that both rooms are ready before we entered.

Cons: The iron board cover should change. it was looks dirty due to the old stain.

Pros: The facilities were great. Room services pricing was very reasonable even compared to cafes around the hotel. Staff were helpful and accomodating.

Cons: Not much. Covered parking could be more, room is slightly dated. Keycard should to be upgraded to NFC rather than the fragile magnetic strip type.
