Comfortable

Pros: Very peaceful, comfortable business hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was very good, room was very clean.

Cons: Hmmm, coffee at breakfast. Only a small thing, but being British, have to moan about something. And coffee is important, please make very good coffee.

Pros: The room is comfortable and clean.The food also very good.

Cons: We requested early check in around 2 pm.But the hotel request extra charges of rm50 per room.I booked 2 rooms.I compared with other hotel in Sg Petani like Park Avenue.They did not charge any extra charges for early check in.I also got wide experience travelling and stay many hotels in Malaysia.I never experience hotel charge extra fees for early check in.The hotel should consider our request and not take extra money from customer.We also spent a lot to pay 2 rooms & 2 nights for the hotel

probably one of the best affordable hotel in sungai petani

Pros: the room is clean, modern. bathroom is comfortable and clean. bed comfy. went during fasting month. we didnt called early to book for break fasting, as they had buffet. but there was another option at kitchen at rooftop where pool is. food and view great. many shops and eateries around. also many convenient stores and cafe, walking distance. the traffic at the roads, as expected of taman sejati area. overall good. will we return? definitely

Satisfying

Pros: The staff were accommodating when I requested about parking lot to accommodate my OKU child. We didn't have to wait long. Fast.

Cons: The bathroom's floor was slippery. I sprayed water on it and it was soapy. I think it was not properly clean. Apart from this, everything else is good.
