Pros: Great value for money. The price is affordable, the location is good, and the landed property makes it very convenient, especially for families. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely book this place again if I visit Cameron Highlands in the future.

Everything for me is good. And i love this place so much. And i will come here again and again.

Pros: I love this place so much. And many time stay here, at big dreams garden. This is my first time at big dreams hotel. Easy access all the placed here. Calm cozy and comfort.

Cons: Just to inform that please provide slipper in the room because of very cold to step it. And another one slipper at bathroom. And also provide laundry plastic bag. And, i just want to inform that just now we dont have get toothbrush as a description on booking.com. I check got 1 plastic already opened. Maybe the last guest before. But is okay, not a big deal. Just to reminder to check carefully before other guest to check in.

Pros: Everythins so nice..i love the view the garden at nice so beautiful...the room was okay..but i wish it was bigger space for family room...

Cons: Many stray dogs..so for fsmily with small kids better tkae extra cautious..make sure always lock the small gate infornt room.. Lighting at car park..hope the hotel can provide extra light at night car park area infornt family room..
