Room for improvement

Pros: Location n cleanliness. Easy to check in, but should still have a staff in premises at least till 8pm

Cons: The auto door lock for the bedroom doors works too fast, and caused several guests to be locked out. No way to hold the bedroom door open while going next door for awhile. No staff at premises and we had to call owner to come and help when we face problems.

Pros: Very clean, and well equipped with necessities including kettle, garment steamer, hair dryer, tv and fridge. Eateries and convenience stores are also all nearby

Pros: Can improve on number of mineral water, coffee patches and others according to the room booked for 3 pax. And if possible, can provide extra 1 set of keys for triple room as quite inconvenient when one left the room with the key.

Pros: I stayed here for 2 months. The best place you could stay in. The owner is soooo lovely and always there for help. The place is clean, comfortable, and whatever you want, Mr lee always there to help. I will come back to penang next year. I will not stay anywhere else

Pros: The property was very easy to find. Owner was great with communication and was able to organise us an airport transfer despite the next day being a public holiday for them. The area has everything you need from a lotus supermarket, a laundromat and a fantastic food court up the road (Phoenix).
