Good value for money

Pros: My room was clean, I had enough space. Owners are very dedicated and answer very quickly to all my requests. Good location in George Town.

Cons: Soundproof is not the best, definitely bring earplugs with you.

Pros: honestly it's an affordable place for those who are in a budget. the owner was really kind — a friend of mine had her food get stuck in the vending machine, and even though it’s managed by a third party, the owner was very cooperative and willing to help. Overall, the place is clean and comfortable, we had a good sleep. we'll definitely repeat again !

Clean facilities and strategic location.

Pros: Clean rooms, beds, toilets and facility. Quiet location. Quite near to most attractions in the city. Quite easy to get parking at night, but daytime may have to park a bit further.

Cons: 1. Shared toilet as it was a first experience for us. My wife didn't like it, but OK for me and my teenage boys. The bathrooms are very clean and the shower had powerful water, almost like going through a massage. Loved it. 2. Sound insulation was very bad. You can hear people talking 2 rooms away and even lower floor. We had a group of young adults talking until 2 am in the morning in one of the rooms. 3. WhatsApp message was never answered. 3. These are minor complaints as the price we paid is well spend for the facilities they provided.

Clean, strategic place and nearest to attraction places.

Pros: 1st time experience as a backpackers traveler, this place are perfect. The room so clean. We req chk in early and the owner arrange for us. The instruction given by owner for check in so easy. No key is needed. The owner always keep contact me by booking.com massager to let me know if i need help. The sorrounding from 8-10 pm is little bid noisy. The owner sent massage, apologized and told noisy will be ended by 10 pm. The place are nearest (walking distance) to prangin mall komtar, chowrasta market, jeruk pak ali, penang road char koay teow, Makan pagi restauran, armenian street and others.

A clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Georgetown!

Pros: Comfortable stay with a clean shared bathroom with multiple showers, toilets and sinks for communal use. Really clean and tidy space. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check in and out super easy and allowing us to extend our stay. Good location in Georgetown!

Cons: Room was on the smaller side but we cannot complain for the amount we paid.
