Lovely stay but too short. Will definitely book here again

Pros: Loved the location. Just a short walk from the ferry. We came to Georgetown from Butterworth. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable

Pros: near to the venue of georgetown literary festival:

Cons: a bit noisy with the construction on the road since they can do the work when it’s night time. i can’t sleep properly.

Pros: - comfortable room with lots of sunlight - friendly & helpful staff - parking is in the small street in front of the hotel (free but limited space) - basic amenities provided - hangers, bottled water, soap, towel

Cons: - can sometimes hear noises outside but my stay has been quiet - water heater and pump turns off and back on periodically - but at a bearable interval

Pros: The room was nice, clean and spacious. I took the room with 1 queen and 1 single bed. Perfect for us. The location is near tourist spot. Easy access. I read reviews about noises at night. But we’re got no problem with that. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Water pressure is low. Free parking is hard if you have bad luck.

Not luxurious but very Cozy n comfortable.

Pros: Love the location. Easy access to most places i wanna go. Near to most viral food :🤣

Cons: Shower water pump a bit noisy and slow pressure. Hose bidet abit too close to the bowl. Sink need to repair abit clogged. Others all good.

Pros: Location - very handy to bus & ferry terminals. Older male on reception who checked us in was extremely helpful.

Cons: No way to get in after 10pm if security guard not present in reception area. Young male on reception not particularly helpful. No fridge in room.

Pros: Checkin and checkout very easy. Receptionists pun friendly.

Cons: Housekeeping staff tak friendly .

Pros: A good bed and bathroom. A kettle with tea, coffee n milk sachets The reception staff were all really helpful and friendly. Air con very good and the Wi-Fi. Just a five minute walk to the Butterworth ferry so ideal.

Cons: The sheets were clean but a little threadbare and instead of covering a duvet the sheet was covering an old style blanket!

Pros: The bed is quite large than what I expected. The room and bathroom is spacious. There’s room make up daily. The hotel located in the city so we can walk around to explore

Cons: The room is quite near to the road and it is a bit noisy at night. There’s open parking space (need to pay) but still a bit struggle to find one at night

Very pleasant to stay!

Pros: Location is good, accessible to nearby cafes, food court n tourist spots.

Cons: No negative remarks.
