Very pleasant stay

Pros: We stayed in George Town and this hostel private room was in an ideal location if you are coming over. We were also given recommendations of near by places to eat which was super helpful and appreciated. We first had trouble getting in but messaged them and we had communication and a reply straight away which was very helpful. 🙏🏼 kitchen area nice touch also!

Cons: All was good.

Pros: Very comfy bed Great air con Excellent location Shared showers were amazing and always pretty clean Staff is so lovely and hard working

Great value, great location

Pros: The location is great, close to everything in the historic centre. The room was small but comfortable, great for its price. There was always a bathroom available and it was good.

Cons: The only negative is noise, although the main culprits are other guests who decide not to respect the quiet times. If you go to bed after 12am you won’t have problems sleeping though, some earplugs may still be nice to have

The perfect stay in Georgetown

Pros: So central, walking distance to lots of popular tourist spots, restaurants, cafes, street art, anything you need! The rooms were comfortable and cosy

Cons: Nothing to do with the property but as it’s shared bathrooms the cleanliness often relies on how clean your fellow guests are - that being said bathrooms were stocked with toilet roll and cleaned daily!

In the heart of old town Penang

Pros: It is almost in Armenia Street.Close to all the atractions.There is a small kitchen.The hostel is quite clean.

Cons: We stayed upstairs and you hear others steps when they walk.I think because of the wooden floor.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the place clean. Location is superb. Very near to tourist attractions.

Cons: Can improve on floorboards because can hear guests footsteps when resting inside the room.

Very pleasant, clean stay in central Penang

Pros: This stay exceeded expectations. It's incredibly clean (which is needed when everyone is sharing a bathroom) and you never had to wait for the toilet or the shower. There is a very handy tea/coffee area which is great for refreshments and also for working from. The check in process was incredibly smooth and everything worked well.

Cons: The window didn't quite close properly so needs fixing, this also meant that the Islamic call to prayer in the morning was quite loud so bring ear plugs. Additionally, a bit more toilet roll wouldn't go amiss in the bathrooms overnight. Apart from that I really don't have anything else to add - it was a very pleasant stay!

Nice stay in the city center

Pros: Nice and affordable stay. Location is perfect and the bathrooms are clean.

Cons: Hard to find the entrance.

Pros: It is strategic location and the place really nice and clean.

Superb location and Great value for money

Pros: Share bathroom is very clean. No need to queue for bathroom. Location is superb. Bed is comfortable.
