Pros: Beautiful, characterful property. Excellent staff. Location right in the heart of the Cameron Highlands. Town only 5 min drive away. A great base to explore this region from.

Immaculate vibes, friendly staff, great service!

Pros: The staff were very kind and attentive, the vibes were immaculate, the view was gorgeous, the price was reasonable for the service, the room was cozy, and the food was amazing. If anything, I love how secluded and calm it is here, it truly is one of the best getaways I've been to. Thank you Bala's Holiday Chalet for hosting, you've been so accommodating and we loved it all. We hope to visit again in the future!

Pros: Awesome view, surrounded by nature. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Very suitable for nature lover.

Beautiful historic place with tasty food.

Pros: Tasty breakfast, old beautiful buildings and surroundings. I recommend to take the Suite room on the upper level houses.

Cons: Awkward toilet layout. Towels didn't feel clean.

Pros: Bala's was absolutely lovely. It was very oldie worldy and the property made us feel at home with all of the rooms decorated and furnished with antiques and interesting knick knacks. The food was exceptional and prepared using all natural ingredients and spices. We met the owner Bala who was a real bon viveur and had some lovely tales to tell. I would recommend Bala' chalets to anyone who wants to experience something different.

Cons: That we couldn't stay longer.
