Staying with nature

Pros: Its quite deep into the village. Located just by the stream... ur able to hear the stream the whole day. A complete detox environment. Rooms are basic. Got hot shower. However no towels. So bring your own towels. Staffs were amazing..

Overall I enjoyed the stay which is peaceful and quiet. Sleeping with the sound of river

Pros: It’s nature and can join the white water rafting which is exciting.

Cons: It’s the communication. They took photo of our white water rafting and will send us the link. Sadly till today nothing happened.

Kampar River at its best with Riverbug

Pros: The service is very good, even before booking. Many questions were answered and planning done prior to arrival. Overbooking by 3rd party was rectified swiftly by the property, got a room upgrade. Our room is located directly opposite the river and food hall, just a short walk from the car park. The meals are generous and the activities are enjoyable. The facilitators are friendly and helpful.

Cons: My phone was broken due to a river accident involving a facilitator. No compensation offered :(.

Pros: Bilik bersih dan selesa. Suasana sangat nyaman dan tenang. Kami sekeluarga ber'BBQ' dan membuat unggun api pada waktu malam di tepi sungai. Tempat yang sesuai untuk mengeratkan hubungan silaturrahim dengan ahli keluarga Dan rakan-rakan.

Cons: Tekanan air pada bilik air agak rendah, namun masih memuaskan.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Pros: The staycation was very calm and relaxing — The environment was peaceful and the staff were friendly. You can walk in if wanna do some activities like water rafting, abseiling, etc

Cons: A little more seasoning would have made the dining experience better.
