Pleasant

Pros: Friendly service, located near good restaurants including Bora Bora beach restaurant (with evening entertainment). Clean, good air-con. Good swimming pools.

Cons: Breakfast plentiful but a little bland/dull. Heavy emphasis on Asian food, which is fair enough, but be aware. Drinks/cocktails disappointing - bar staff need training. Surprised to be told I couldn’t order a coffee in the lobby at 11.50 as the machine would not be switched on until noon.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: Wonderful stay, good rooms, the hotel is equipped with everything you need. Very attentive room service, the rain tree at the courtyard is amazing.

Cons: Please note that the hotel is cashless- we had some problems while checking in at the reception, though it wasn’t written anywhere and we didn’t want to use our card and cash wasn’t accepted

Pros: Friendly n proactice staff especially Sohel,personal.touch and professionalism made my holiday memorable ,.The front desk Musa o and Yusuz too friendly n helpful .

Cons: The old.block interior is a bit dull .I was staying in.the new block which was fully refurbished last year .Breakfast was not as good as China Shangrila ,the local tea session ,most of the tea are too sweet n.band .

A wonderful up-market offering for a perfect 4-5 day family holiday.

Pros: Great facilities for whole family, ranging from 7 to 70yr olds. Excellent range of foods available from sophisticated dining to relaxed family meals and international choices. Staff are welcoming, helpful and well trained.
