Peaceful, beautiful paradise

Pros: We loved our stay at Sandy Beach. The location/scenery/beach is stunning, and Pangkor is perfect for a relaxing laid back beach holiday. We had a great chalet with a veranda, which had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, and the restaurant food is excellent (we thought the fish curry and nasi goreng in particular, were fantastic!) although there are also good options nearby as well. Great choice at breakfast too.

Pros: Location perfect ear to most shops and amenities. Staff very friendly and approachable. The place very clean and kept clean.Food excellent and restaurant facing the sea . Very picturesque .

Great short escape!

Pros: The room was clean and deco looks new. You can walk direct to beach.Breakfast spread choices was just nice and taste great!

Cons: There were no proper car park, had to park at side alley near rubbish area.

5 days to relax

Pros: Lovely quite resort right by a very lovely beach hardly anybody there lovely pool also nobody around it had a lovely 5 days there relaxing perfect . A few local restaurants nice that serve beer and wine all In all perfect what we wanted . Hire a moped takes 40 minutes to get around the island 🏝

Amazing family friendly cosy resort

Pros: Sandy Beach Resort is a truly cosy family-oriented hotel. The friendly owner is frequently around and is always greeting guests and ensuring everyone is comfortable. I loved that Sandy Spoon Cafe was facing the beach, making it super convenient for guests to watch the sunset, have meals facing the beach or do water activities. Breakfast was just nice, fruits, western & Malaysian local food (including vegetarian friendly food) was served, including an egg station. Overall a lovely trip that my small family of 4 would return to again! Everything was also incredibly clean, props to the team working at the resort!

Cons: Some of the flooring needs to be updated a bit, as it was peeling and needs to be updated, other than that all good!
