Pros: Excellent staff and accommodations. Food on the whole excellent especiaaly breakfast that was amazing such a huge choice Chapmans bar was so special and the staff were really attentive

Cons: Street food buffet night was a bit lame and lacking authenticity.

Very Pleasant the island is stunning

Pros: Spa Villas were excellent beautiful location. Fisher mans Cove for dinner Service at Spa Villa's pool

Cons: I returned after over 30 years . Certain parts of the hotel and staff felt less than 5 star. Breakfast, Uncle Toms, transfer boat service, first greeting at the hotel given a table to wait full of ants. waited 10 mins then a member of staff asked if we had just arrived !! Lack of communication from reservations to resort. Transport pre booked problems

Magnificent and much needed vacation for me and my sister.

Pros: Everything, the room, the view and of course the beach, Emerald Bay is as gorgeous as its name. The water os emerald gren and it is so clean and scenic.

Cons: The room was clean, everything functions appropriately, the food was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Great stay but food options can be improved

Pros: The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff are super nice and attentive. A great place to chill and relax.

Cons: Tried a few restaurants in the resort and food was really not the best, considering that it is a private island and there are no other restaurant alternatives to choose from, you are stuck with the high resort food prices and “so so” food. Staff were super friendly though.

Pros: The island is a paradise. Wake up in front of the sea with the sound of flying foxes and all kind of birds is magic. The personal was fantastic: Jeff and Nadin knew our name and our preferences since de first days. The attention to details is incredible: the flower arrangements, the way they clean the beaches every day, the transport between the spots on the island, the variety of foods (the breakfast was indescribable), the spa experience… Only one suggestion: extend the beach’s daily cleaning to the extremes of Emerald beach.
