Pros: Specious and clean apartment. Best paēst was rooftop pool.

Nice and comfortable stay, recommended for families.

Pros: The rooftop pool is fantastic. The apartment unit is clean and comfortable with sufficient amenities, but not much to watch on tv.

Cons: The lifts in the building are not sufficient.

Pros: We booked for 5 pax, but the unit can actually accommodate up to 8 pax comfortably (and up to 10 pax with 2 extra mattresses if you don’t mind sharing the space). The air-con was cool, and the floor was moderately clean (a vacuum is provided). More hangers would be helpful, especially for larger groups. It would be more convenient if baskets and laundry tubs could be provided too. The refrigerator had an odor at first, but after we gave feedback, the customer service responded quickly by providing an air freshener. The only drawback was that the view did not face Komtar or Penang Bridge. The swimming pool, gym, sauna, and playground on the top floor were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons: Light sleepers may be disturbed by the morning prayer call.

Pros: The instructions for self check in was adequate. Rice cooker provided upon request. They have 2 extra mattresses in the unit. The living room area was spacious. They also provide shower gel and shampoo. They have 2 parking space for my unit. Easy access to pool/kids play area.

Cons: I think the only downside was there wasn't water filter (like coway/cuckoo etc) in the unit.

Pros: The house was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. The kitchen was fully functional, parking was easy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent

Pros: The location - close to town, food. They had towels and toiletries and hand wash, washing machine, plenty of hangers, fridge, oven. There were door mats too, which was great. Super clean. You can cook as well and boil water. My boys loved the pool.

Cons: The long wait for lift during check out. Best to leave by 11 am to avoid the long wait.
