Pleasant stay

Pros: Spacious and especially the bathrooms was vere clean. Rooftop pool is something enjoyable. With the nice views.

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here. So convenient and the apartment so clean ❤️❤️

Cons: Dont have mirror in the room. Maybe the owner can provide mirror in each room so that we can use to makeup and wear tudung. Because its only have mirror in the bathroom.

Pros: The property was very good, neat and clean. The view was perfect through the full-length window and balcony.

Cons: There were no mirrors in any rooms of the apartment other than the washrooms.

Pros: The check-in process was smooth, the staff members were very helpful, and the accommodations were quite spacious and clean, with a pleasant view from a middle-floor unit.

Cons: Sometimes there may be a slightly extended wait for an elevator due to peak check-in and check-out times.

Pros: Very spacious room. Very comfortable for our family. We will come again later. Very friendly service because you can ask for an extended check-out time and only have to pay RM50. Check-out from 11.30 am to 1.00 pm.

Cons: Nothing just that time check in the day was heavy raining. Cannot swimming in the pool

Spacious unit with great facilities. But bedding cleanliness could be improved.

Pros: We booked for 5 pax, but the unit can actually accommodate up to 8 pax comfortably (as long as you don’t mind sharing the space). With 2 extra mattresses, it can fit up to 10 pax. The air-con was cool, and the floor was moderately clean (a vacuum is provided for guests). It would be great if more hangers were provided, especially for larger groups. The shower water pressure wasn’t very strong but still sufficient. The check-in guide was also very clear. The view was great — you can see the Top building and also face Penang Bridge. The swimming pool, gym, sauna, and playground on the top floor were awesome.

Cons: the bed or blanket were not very clean, me and my daughter got some itch after sleeping.

We had a great time. The location was great and the staffs were efficient and always reply to our messages promptly.

Pros: 1) Enjoyed the Swimming pool on the 29th floor with is infinity pool. 2) Convenient for those who drive as parking is provided. Visitors need to get down and register their car for the duration of their stay before they can drive up to the parking lot. 3) Good night sleep. 😴 4) Smooth and efficient self check-in and check-out

Cons: 1) We wanted to go to the SkyBar on the 28th floor but unfortunately it’s no longer in operation. The property should take down the flyers on SkyBar in the lift. 2) Would be great to have a mirror in all bedrooms rather than going to the bathroom😃.
