Pros: *It is spacious for 4 people. *The place is clean and the staff constantly communicate with me. *Easy access. *Location is convenient.

Cons: *The building charges 10rm for each of oir bags to deposit in there storage while waiting for our check in time. *Too loud fireworks during the Hokkein New Year.

Pros: Location good. There are a lot of food and beverage places very close by. The apartment is spacious and has a nice pool.

Cons: The apartment furniture is quite basic. The sauna was not available.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. The rooms are very clean and the design is beautiful. High recommended!

Great stay in a perfect location.

Pros: The property had everything you need. Great location and the hosts were very accommodating and transparent to my requests to manage the water cut situation over the weekend in the island. The infinity pool and gym facilities is amazing, however unfortunately the pool was expectedly closed this time around due to islandwide water cuts.

Cons: A few improvements can be made. The curtains in the hall should be made to blind out lights completely and there should be a blind maybe to avoid light coming through the kitchen. Distracting for guests that would be sleeping in the hall. How water from the heater is intermittent.

Pros: Check in was smooth. Instruction was clear. Host are most welcoming and easy to deal with, tq Mr Dave. Got 2 parking lots. Easy for us family travelling with 2 cars. Smooth access to the house. Not much walking. Got 2 access card as well. House is spacious. Super clean. Super elegant. Both rooms and living room got aircond. Basic neccessities met. In terms of distance from main attraction, its roughly aroung 5 mins away from komtar, 7mins from gurney drive. 3 mins from penang GH. So technically its in the city center but on the more quite area. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Pros: The rooftop infinity pool and gym are very nice. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Affordable Clean Stay

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Good for families especially since there's so much space for kids to move around.

Cons: Shower area should hv a door or at least a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing out. Add a dressing table in the master room.

Overall it was okay and the charges were reasonable.

Pros: The apartment was clean and the appliances were adequate

Cons: The car park was located on the highest floor

Fantastic stay

Pros: Washing machine was available and even netflix account was provided for free. Security was impeccable. I truly enjoyed my stay.
