My Christmas Stay in Urban H

Pros: Superb Hospitality, especiall, Lina at Front Office, Housekeeping Staff and Uncle Guard truly awesome!

Cons: Waiting tine for lift - understand its shared In-house convenience store at least up to 12 midnight. In the Room leaking at the window due to heavh rain . Be mindful of this.

Pros: No bf, location is best to tour around ( taxi or walk street foods, restaurants)

Cons: No breakfast and not shown in Grab map

Affordable, convenient location, friendly staff, functional albeit not-soundproof rooms.

Pros: Urban H Hotel offers great value with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a prime location. Staff were fantastic - they changed room for me when I feedback that the air conditioning was not working.

Cons: I don’t expect the walls to be fully sound proof, given the price point. However, oftentimes the sound of doors slamming adversely affected my sleep. One of the nights, there was a group who checked in at midnight… omg the noise was relentless! Urban H Hotel may want to look into door felt pads or strips to soften the noise.

Pros: the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Everything is great value for money. Room is very spacious.

Cons: Perhaps only 1 thing is the room is not so sound proof and the outside noise seems a bit quite loud.

We enjoy to the at the hotel, but may the management can afford the room in the high floor.

Pros: I like the room layout, and the hotel location is in the quite place, but still easy to go to the downtown.

Cons: The room located at the first floor, then we can't see the view of the George Town city.

Comfortable stay

Pros: The rooms are very spacious. The hotel is either new or recently furbished, so everything is sparkling clean. It's on a rather quiet street of the town so the area is really peaceful and calm. Yet there are many small coffee shops and restaurants around.

Cons: Hotel management needs to work on making the rooms soundproofed. You can hear the people in the next room or in the lobby.

Pros: Location was good. Walkable to many places of interests and eateries.
