Heritage Villa by Aayu - 10 mins walk to Armenian St

Pros: The stuffs here are very nice and always helped me. I would like to book it again the next time.

Pros: The villa is a beautifully restored old home with traditional features and modern stylish furniture. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Cons: Having seen the pictures and the lobby, our room (7) was unfortunately a bit disappointing. There was barely any furniture and no decorations, making it feel empty and kind of sad. There's definitely missed potential there. It would've also been nice to have shelves for storing clothes (we had to keep our folded clothes on the floor) The bathroom window was facing another property's aircon, which kept blowing hot air and cooking smells into the room, so it had to be shuttered at all times.

Pros: Great location, large room and good airconditioning.

Cons: Venue opposite was noisy with karaoke earlier in the evening, but this stopped early and the sleep was peaceful. Great place to leave luggage between check in and check out times.

Pros: The new property is incredible! Not only is it as it looks on the photos it is more! The staff members get the maximum score for navigating the entire process. Quick to respond and assist if needed. I mixed up the address and they sorted it out quickly. The main street is rather busy but nonetheless I slept so well! The upstairs bedroom is stylish and spacious with an adjacent bathroom. Then downstairs is the living area with a table and a sofa to chill. The outside bathtub and kitchen are also nicely organised. I didn’t want to leave the place as it felt so good to stay in and enjoy the aesthetics of the accommodation. Kudos to the designers and the management. So far, my most memorable stay!

Pros: right in the heart of street food and community Karaoke.

Cons: instand hot water should be placed at eye level. less dangerous.

Pros: The location is one of the best things about this place. Nearby are so many different restaurants, all very mouth-watering. Definitely will gain a few kilos. The service was also top notch, kudos to them for their speedy replies to everything.

Cons: Stairs are a bit steep and tight, would be difficult for larger luggages or older folks to go up. Surrounding is slightly noisy, if you're a light sleeper, they do provide earplugs with the room. Stairs are also hollow so every step sounds loud.

Pros: Beautifully designed property! It was brand new and I believe I was one of the first guests so everything was new. Also great management team. I wish I had the time/energy to partake in some of their workshops/activities. Next time!

Cons: The water in the bathtub was lukewarm so I'd advise management to look into it! Also better sound-proofing of the windows since the traffic at night can be a bit noisy.

Pros: The quietness and the flexibility to check out late - which was very important to me. The location is good too; it was near a good beef noodles place, and about 15 minutes walk away from Chulia Street and Love Lane - away from the buzz, but close enough to get there.

Cons: The balcony wasn't an actual balcony. I genuinely thought I'd get a balcony that I can open and breathe fresh air, but I couldn't do that. It was on the ground floor, which meant strangers have direct access to my entire room - and I don't feel safe.

Pros: It’s nearly by the point where I want to go. And the visit suggestion comes from the manager of Aayu is definitely very nice, and easy to find.

Cons: The entry has little hard to find.

A very relaxing and comfortable stay. Very good location close to incredible food.

Pros: Loved the location and the bath tub! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
