Pros: The staff is excellent! Self check-in is arranged very conveniently and they react within minutes via their WhatsApp number. Furthermore our travel plans changed a bit and the team was very helpful in adjusting our booking! Rooms are clean, there is a cold water dispenser to fill your bottles every day and they have (simple) coffee and thee. Location is also close to the center and within walking distance of most hotspots.

Great value for the price

Pros: It was a great room. Comfortable bed, great staff, and clean enough. Good AC too. The location was great.

Cons: The bathroom is really too far! I've read about it, but it really it was as we were on the second floor. You got to go down a floor, and walk like 50-70m on a hallway to get to the bathroom.

Pros: Great location! Lovely building! A great kitchen for use and free coffee. My partner was sick and staff were great helping us out. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone

Cheap, clean bedroom & walking distance location to the tourist spot.

Pros: The room and location is nice. Easy to check in/out. Facilities is just nice for a few days stay as we are spend more time outdoor and back to the hotel just for sleep.

Cons: Need to ensure the washroom/toilet have a better smell. It is unpleasant smell the moment you reach to the bathroom area.

Excellent!

Pros: The location was excellent. Everything was in the walking proximity of about 1 to 1.5 kms from the stay apart from Penang Hill and Kek loksi temple.

Cons: Rooms were a little too small but because of the property location, it can be ignored 😊

Pros: Cozy place to stay if you opt for private bathroom, right in middle of the action. Very nice mattress to sleep on

Cons: The bathroom is very small and therefore always wet. The bed upstairs can only be reached via very steep chair that some guests, not us, will certainly not be able to scale without difficulty so this should be pointed out beforehand.
