Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Good location. Walking distance 3 minutes to nagore square.

Budget trip choice

Pros: Location is great, just few hundreds of meters to reach the center Kombar and easy to go around George town. No stuff but very convenient.

Cons: Facilities are simple, But considering the price, it's okay.

Overall it is a good stay for budget guesthouse.

Pros: Near to the town, easy to park eventhough got no parking reserved for guest.

Cons: Maybe could consider the family room at the ground floor. Because having a child could be bothersome to climb the stairs.
