Beds In Garden Hostel

Nice stay

Pros: The common areas are nice and the beds are comfy Also the hostel is super clean, shower, bathroom, bedrooms The location is good

Cons: There is no WiFi, you need to ask for some hotspot at the reception, and this doesn’t reach the rooms, There is no AC in common areas, there are still fans but sometimes it still feels hot There is a club next door that bangs music from 10pm to 3am it is super loud The staff is not really friendly, they can answer all your requests but if you are looking for smiles, wrong adress

Comfortable stay

Pros: A modern hostel in Ipoh. Beds were comfortable and the rooms, bathrooms and communal areas were clean. It’s very a minimalistic, trendy style.

Cons: My room was at the back of the hostel and there’s a nightclub right behind which you which you could hear the awful music. The box below the AC kept on making a loud noise every 10ish minutes, may be a problem if you’re light sleeper.

Pros: I loved this place. Everything walking distance. Amazing kitchens. Double bed was comfy and quiet. Heard the nightclub next door a couple of times but it was bearable.

Cons: Staff need to cheer up. It's a popular spot but the owner was berating staff in public and morale needs a boost.

Pros: Really nice rooms and common areas and a really good kitchen, fist time in Asia that cooked on my own because it was that clean!

Cons: Maintaining in the garden was pretty loud

Pleasure stay.

Pros: Located walking distance from the centre and eateries places. The staff are friendly.

Cons: The stains on the wall at the bed can be cleaned or repainted to look clean. I was assigned to the bed nearest to the door. Whenever there are people open or close the door will interrupt my sleep.

Pros: The property was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the center. Very clean and nice, with common areas that encouraged socializing. Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons: quite incredible that it was not possible to rent towels, besides it could also be a profit for them. The air conditioning in the private room was not very strong, probably it does not work well, however it was enough to sleep without being suffocated by the heat

Pros: the beds are isolated, have a personal light and outlet, the mattress and the pillow were comfortable. we had to adjust the ac because the first night was to cold, but the other night was better. the bathroom is outside the bedroom, it's communal, plenty of sink with mirror, 4 toilet each (woman and man) and for woman 6 shower (so I guess 6 even for men) shower gel and shampoo it's included. really. nice and comfy living area with couch and comfortable chair. there is a table for eating or working. outside there is a kitchen with everything, microwave, oven, fridge, plates cutlery, pan for cooking. super the water filter! the staff was nice and helpful

Cons: a lot of mosquitos inside, a lot (maybe can adopt some prevention for have less) used mosquito repellent even during the day when inside.

Such a positive surprise!

Pros: Extremely modern and cool hostel. Did not expect that in Ipoh and was quite surprised. The room is essential but comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are enough for all guests and clean. The common kitchen is convenient and the huge common area is just great. Perfect location to walk around the centre
