Price also ok and nice staffs !

Pros: I arrived midnight but the staff was very nice. Stayed for like a week but all the staffs are friendly!;)

Cons: In the middle of the date, suddenly aircond stopped and I talked to the cleaning staff and put the system back ;( T

Pros: Water pressure in the toilet is excellent, the toilet is clean as well as the room

Cons: The water dispenser taste weird, for someone who need to drink the water, you should buy it the shop nearby.

Pros: The room for me was spacious for a family of three, it was very clean including the toilet. The staff also friendly & very nice.

Cons: The aircond in room (206) not functioning well. It didn't cool at all eventho the temperature is already at 17’c and also the television didn't have any channel...

Pros: It is spacious. Good water pressure. Ironing facility and water filter is available outside the room. A lot of amenities outside the hotel. Not too crowded area.

Cons: Thin walls. Can hear neighbour talking at night. Run down towels. But other that that all is good.

Budget Hotel near Amari Spice

Pros: Walking distance to Amari Spice. Near to many restaurants, groceries, and shops. We requested a room with a window and we were given one. The room is spacious and has a table that can be used writing, etc. Has a communal flat iron on the hallway, so that is definitely a plus.

Cons: On one occasion, the cleaner repeatedly opened our door, even though they were supposed to clean the room adjacent to ours.

Good experience, surely will stay for another time when I have business trip at Penang

Pros: Good location, good restaurant nearby hotel make it easier to travel on foot. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

Cons: Wifi connection is good, but sometimes a bit slow, maybe due to many people access in one time. But not affecting my good experience at this hotel. Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
