Pros: Excellent facilities, I manage to get ground floor suitable for elderly. The room is spacious, very clean and hygenic including the classical bathroom. the room is also equipped with table and chair, with many plugs in for computer cable. easier for me to put my laptop and charging my phone. Easy access to the town and airport. Also easily accessed by Grab. Strongly recommended as its cleanliness, location and spacious room are value for money.

Everything was great except the ants issue

Pros: The staff are friendly and kind. The location is excellent and convenient. Oh, this hotel got the best hot shower I've stayed in Malaysia so far. They got the central water heating, which is usually available for 4~5 star hotels only.

Cons: When the housekeeping person was changing the mattress sheet, I was there and saw the mattress with molds. Also, there are ants pretty much everywhere in the room.
