We enjoy our stay

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, friendly staff and ample parking. For those who are following English Premier League Football you not going to miss the games. Raia provides those sport channels. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful experience

Pros: My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide selection, ranging from local favorites to western options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel also provides ample of parking spaces within the property. With the hotel located near many eateries, there was no shortage of food choices. I would definitely return to this hotel whenever I’m in Penang.

Recommended for those travellers who wants to be near distance to the airport.

Pros: The room was bigger then my expectations. The cafe staffs were very polite and friendly especially when we reached the hotel around 10pm. Before we ordered foods at the cafe, they gave us plain drink to settle down ourself. Very warm and friendly!

Comfortable, cosy, spacious and friendly staff.

Pros: Super spacious room and cosy. Parking is right next to the hotel. Close to some nice eating places too.

Cons: Hot shower was not consistent and water pressure was a bit low. Could here next door guests tv and sounds(non soundproof)

A last minute stay for emergency purposes turns out to be marvelous!

Pros: The flight we wanted to take from Penang to Kuala Lumpur was oversold and we were stuck in Penang overnight until the next morning to take a plane out. We went to booking.com to find a nearby hotel at a reasonable rate. We had not considered the time of day we're waking up to take the return flight and tick the box to pre purchase the breakfast that came with a stay. Sadly, we were to be taking a taxi back to the airport before breakfast was going to be served. The staff at the hotel was gracious to actually open the breakfast buffet up early just for us so we could actually have a meal before rushing to the airport. This is the sort of hospitality you do not see anymore in large hotels such as this. Although we had some difficulty with the Internet after check in, they were prompt to get to our room and correct the problem for us. I've got to admit this was a nice hotel and I would like to come back to it someday for its spa purposes.

Cons: As I had mentioned the Internet wasn't operating at full capacity and that was indeed a problem for us, they granted us access into their Convention Center Wi-Fi network instead to work around the problem. Booking.com should let people know what time breakfast is before they purchase it to make sure it's applicable to their stay.
