Great spot for a staycation

Pros: Great location with easy access to food courts, transport and easy walk into Georgetown. Good parking facilities, with overflow, covered parking across the road. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attended to a noisy air conditioning unit promptly and effectively.

Cons: The bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance to make the overall stay so much better. The flexible shower hose fittings were loose and could not be held in place. Main overhead shower needs maintenance to improve water flow and toilet holder fell apart every time you used it.

A Great Stay in Penang

Pros: The staff members were always helpful, the area was quiet, hot water in the shower was always available and filtered drinking water was also available via a fountain on each floor. Laundry services available in the hotel were excellent and easy to use, with soap automatically added during your wash. There are a lot of delicious food options were nearby.

Cons: The windows could not be opened and the air conditioner needed a bit of cleaning.

Pros: A truly pleasant hotel – from the first moments you feel that the staff genuinely care about their guests. Everyone was friendly, quick to help, and easy to communicate with. The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a large, cozy lobby that’s great for relaxing or getting some work done. A huge bonus is the washing and drying machines – incredibly useful when you’re traveling. Right next to the hotel you’ll find a great food court with very reasonable prices. One of the stalls makes what might be the best burgers in the area. And just a few steps away is Mixue ice cream. Honestly, what more do you need? And George Town itself is a treasure. The city is stunning with its architecture, unique atmosphere, and the fact that you can take great photos literally on every corner. It’s made for slow walks and anyone who loves beautiful details. A wonderful place to stay in the city. 9 out of 10.

Comfortable spot

Pros: Everything except being a little far out to walk to the old city in the heat of the day, but Grab sorted that.

Cons: Just the position for the prime eating spots. Local eateries good too though.
