Central spot for budget travellers

Pros: Location is central; easy to go to the historic city centre if you are driving or using e-hailing. Parking spots are available in front and at the back of the hotel. There's a self-service paid laundry. Drinking water filter is also provided.

Cons: It's an older hotel, so expect some part of the walls and floors to not be perfect.

Pros: the free coffee is marvelous, hot water in bathroom is calming. Aircond is functioning well. Got washing machine.

Cons: bathroom floor is not so clean, no malay food nearby, just chinese food court

Good value room for a short stay in Georgetown.

Pros: The hotel was well located in Georgetown and easily accessible by car - including free parking. The room was spacious and clean, and the onsite laundry facilities were extremely useful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Only criticism was the very poor WiFi - across multiple devices we were unable to get a reliable connection and when connected the speeds were very slow. We ended up using a hotspot on a mobile phone instead.
