Staff friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Was very clean and comfortable. Lots of excellent street food nearby.

Pros: Convenient location. Near to good food areas like New Lane street food stalls. Has a hot and cold water dispenser, hair dryer provided, 24h friendly staff at the counter who helped us with the map, places to go and even lent us a luggage weighing device. Quiet in the night and morning and I didn’t hear the mosque in the morning.

Cons: Most rooms have no windows so you have to check before booking Can hear voices from the corridor but it’s not too bad.

Cons: Parking I come back to hotel after 11 pm and it rain ,btw before i went out already ask parking but receptionists said no issue parking When i arrive the parkin in front of alphard car and receptionist ask me to leave key ..i I think it not good sop

Pros: Very friendly staffs, I mean all the staffs! Bed is extremely comfy, we all love it. Location is also superb as it is near to multiple hot-spots in Penang town itself, walking distance to many eateries like New World Park food court. A few parking spots, the very attentive staffs will help you with your parking no worries.

Worth The Money, Clean and Comfortable.

Pros: 1. Helpful staffs. 2. Got a free upgrade during check in, even allow very late check in. 3. Super comfortable and clean. 4. Water pressure tip top. Overall, it was a great stay. Would choose this again for next visit/vacation.

Decent Place For A Short Stay

Pros: Staff at Smile Hotel are very friendly and informative. The place was easy to find and is located walking distance from the infamous New Lane hawker stalls (8 minutes walk) and also Ghee Hiang pastry shop (5 minutes walk). The three person room is not as spacious as expected but is good enough if you are looking for a decent place for a short stay.

Cons: Sound proofing for the place could be further improved, as you can hear people talking in their room as you walk down the corridor. Despite being on a non-smoking floor (we were staying at Level 3), someone was clearly lighting one up.

Pros: The most i like is the toilet. Big and clean. The staff is nice. Parking not the issue-the staff will help you.

Cons: Nothing.
