A nice budget hotel that I would like to stay for my next trip to penang

Pros: A really convenient area that is walkable to most of the area in georgetown. The hotel room is quite clean, although the noise problem exists (ie. closing of doors from the next room), i didn't hear about the pipe noise problem that is in the comment, others are fine. Excellent if you are the type to be able to withstand the noise. ps: I got a free upgrade to the family room for 4 people. Free luggage storage is also very convenient if you arrive too early or going for a late plane flight

Cons: Yeah just the noise, but I can sleep through it so it's fine hahaha

I would be happy to stay again

Pros: Nice newish hotel,friendly staff,clean and good hot water for shower.

Nice and Pleasant

Pros: The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and sufficient.

Hotel near Michelin rated food

Pros: The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel looks brand new, the cleanliness of the hotel is good included the toilet at lobby. The location of the hotel near centre of Geroge Town, walking distance to reach Michelin rated food.

Cons: Nothing to complaint.

Pros: Very very very clean- watched them mop the floors in lobby, wipe down elevator switches Linen fresh Beds comfortable Air con strong Fresh cold water to refill bottles in lobby Bathroom had no mold You can trust this place is safe, power went out briefly at 1am and emergency backup lights turned on. Full fire safety system visible in lobby

Cons: Can be noisy with the usual lack of soundproofing in Malaysia Mosque can be heard early morning but not a big deal you will be so comfy in bed you'll be asleep in no time. Air con on top of bed can be strong when sleeping. All the above are so minor in comparison to how amazing this hotel is

Pros: Good location . Close to all major sites. Local food courts in the area . Room was modest but clean . Good value for money.

Pros: I love the room, clean and spacious, FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST MEENA WAS EXCEPTIONAL, IN HELPING US WITH WHATEVER QUERY WE HAVE

Leisure stay in Georgetown for food in Penang

Pros: Convenient location for food and attractions. Most places were easy to walk to or take a bus or the Grab Taxis. Purpose of our travel was for food so the location suited us.
